The HVAC /R business is diverse (water, refrigeration, electrical controls, air-duct systems and many more) with many complicated systems and pieces of equipment. As noted everywhere on this site, we’re a service/maintenance company. Our focus is on this, and our growth aspirations are also there. We are focused on adding volume to our maintenance group while expanding our geographical area. Currently, we are looking at expanding our services into south west Ontario in the Milton, Kitchener, Waterloo area into London. We try to maintain a balance of service/maintenance versus installation work. Our growth as a company will come from providing “Prompt Professional Service our Customers can Trust”. We will do this for one customer at a time.
Climatech Inc. was created by Joseph Schrei in 1985. We have a solid background in the technical side of the business. Joe knew what the customer needed and devoted himself to delivering it each and every day. As the company grew, Joe sought out employees that shared his vision and focus on the customer and he made sure they delivered on his promise.
